Role SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Automotive Parts Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a background in automotive mechanics and be comfortable managing both front office tasks and technical responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the management of parts ordering and inventory control.
- Communicate effectively with various vendors to procure necessary parts.
- Handle customer inquiries and coordinate parts pickup and delivery.
- Generate invoices and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Support shop operations and assist in minor repairs as needed.
The successful candidate should have:
- A background in automotive repair, preferably with diesel mechanics experience.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
- A valid CDL license is a plus, though not mandatory.
ROAD SERVICE LLC is a small yet reputable diesel repair shop offering 24-hour road service. We are looking for dedicated employees who can manage both office and technical tasks effectively.
