Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of parts ordering and inventory control.
  • Communicate effectively with various vendors to procure necessary parts.
  • Handle customer inquiries and coordinate parts pickup and delivery.
  • Generate invoices and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Support shop operations and assist in minor repairs as needed.
Qualifications

The successful candidate should have:

  • A background in automotive repair, preferably with diesel mechanics experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
  • A valid CDL license is a plus, though not mandatory.
