Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and support to the healthcare team
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
- Manage and coordinate patient flow and admissions
- Provide education and training to staff members
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of clinical experience and/or a combination of clinical and previous managerial experience
