Job Title: Payment Strategy Manager

Walmart is seeking a highly skilled Payment Strategy Manager to join our eCommerce Marketplace Partner Financial Operations Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing payment strategies that drive growth, improve customer experience, and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement payment strategies that align with Walmart's business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize payment initiatives
  • Manage relationships with payment partners and vendors to ensure seamless payment processing
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain payment policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in payment operations or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
