About the Job

The Regional Transportation District (RTD) is seeking a skilled Transportation Infrastructure Supervisor to oversee the management of street improvements, concrete and asphalt repair, and Local Government Programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting and training staff, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, with registration as a Professional Engineer in the State of Colorado. A minimum of five years of supervisory experience and ten years of experience in the design of bus, automobile, pedestrian, and bike infrastructure projects are required.

A strong background in project management techniques and principles, contracting procedures, and CAD methods is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are also necessary.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $125,000 - $165,000. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
