Multilingual HR Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual HR Coordinator to provide daily on-site support for our 125 person team. This role involves completing various tasks to support the Human Resource department.
Job Responsibilities- Answer employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures
- Maintain employee personnel files through ATS Software (Bamboo HR)
- Assist with recruiting tasks, including posting open positions, arranging interviews, and extending offers
- Prepare and collect performance reviews
- Process terminations
- Prepare correspondence as requested
- Process I-9 forms and maintain I-9 files
- Process new-hire background checks
- Assist with processing Personal Action Notices (PAN) forms
- Accurately enroll employees into benefits
- Maintain HR documents, including org charts and new hire packets
- Help organize on-site events
The ideal candidate will have:
Required Skills and Qualifications- A high school diploma, with a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a HR Coordinator
- Bilingual Spanish/English skills
- High level of computer proficiency, with Bamboo HR experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong ethics, cultural awareness, and social perceptiveness
- Service Orientation, actively looking for ways to help people
- Ability to maintain a regular and predictable work schedule with punctual attendance
This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $25-$30 per hour, quarterly bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) retirement plan. The work environment is business casual, and the schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.
