The Director of Human Resources at Sono Bello will work closely with our surgical leadership to build a strong partnership and support our surgeon employee population, aligning business objectives with team members and management.

This role will formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services to management and team members that reflect the business objectives of the organization.

The Director will coach, advise, and team with our leaders to ensure all employee relations matters are handled in a timely, consistent, and appropriate manner.

This role will analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies that support the development and capabilities of our talent.

The Director will maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.

This role will interpret appropriate laws and policies and advise management and team members accordingly.

The Director will maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

This role requires strong business and HR acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, and critical thinking.

The Director will have a proven track record with managing employee relation issues, strong management and leadership skills, excellent time management skills, and strong computer skills.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of experience and education.

The Director will have a minimum of five years of experience as an HR Senior Manager/Director or similar capacity in multi-state operations.

This role requires proven project management skills with experience implementing projects across different functions.

The Director will have demonstrated ability to drive and complete projects, worked in healthcare or medical industry preferred, and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or SPHR current certification preferred.
