Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Development Specialist to join our team at Heluna Health. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs for our Comprehensive Health Accompaniment and Management Platform (CHAMP).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training solutions that simplify complex processes and technological concepts
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze training needs and determine learning outcomes
  • Provide ongoing training support for program leads and internal users
  • Design and develop accessible training materials, including course outlines, instructional materials, and training aids
  • Recommend and optimize training processes to upper management
  • Coach peers conducting CHAMP training and assist in identifying and developing internal policies and procedures related to CHAMP training
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited college or university
  • Either one year of staff experience with responsibility for conducting training regarding health care programs, or one year of experience in the supervision of eligibility determination in a health or welfare agency, or one year of experience in the supervision of a patient access unit, or three years of experience in the supervision of a large clerical unit in a health or welfare agency
  • A valid California Class C Driver License or the ability to utilize an alternative method of transportation when needed to carry out job-related essential functions
  • Successful clearing through the Live Scan and the Health Clearance process with the County of Los Angeles
