Government Relations Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and Secure Business Opportunities: The Business Development team is essential for driving revenue growth. This role will specifically focus on fostering partnerships with the Federal Government. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of our current and potential clients, their programmatic and technical trajectories, and the competitive landscape. This knowledge will guide your strategies for capturing opportunities, forecasting revenue, and shaping technology development plans. You will engage continuously with clients, devise growth strategies, lead proposals, and finalize contracts that pave the way for new business.
- Expand Existing Client Relationships: Collaborate with adjacent business units and product teams to enhance our offerings to current clients. This involves not only building on existing projects but also leveraging established relationships to explore new avenues for collaboration.
- Articulate Our Value Proposition: As a representative of Neurable, you will engage with a diverse audience, including clients, partners, and the public. It is crucial to convey our mission and the unique advantages of our next-generation neurotechnology.
- Guide Product Development: With significant interaction with clients and partners, you will translate their needs back to our engineering teams. Your insights will help prioritize initiatives, keep stakeholders informed, and ensure our products meet the highest standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales within the DoD or Government sector, particularly in software related to human performance or health.
- A mission-driven mindset, prioritizing client needs and striving to enhance national defense capabilities.
- An ownership mentality, demonstrating responsibility and a commitment to performance.
- Technical proficiency and a strong curiosity about technology, particularly in areas like machine learning and sensor innovation.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively, with strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior military or contracting experience.
- Experience in commercial software sales or development.
- Expertise in AI, human performance, and health applications.
- A degree in a STEM field.
- Eligibility for U.S. security clearances.
