Position Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Corporate Strategy Leader to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in collaborating with the Corporate Strategy team and spearheading cross-functional strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in translating strategy into actionable plans that drive growth, profitability, and innovation within our global organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to senior executives and business leaders, addressing core strategic challenges across various organizational units.
  • Develop and present comprehensive analyses, findings, and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives, including preparation of materials for Board discussions.
  • Utilize innovative problem-solving techniques to formulate strategies, convey insights, and distill conclusions into actionable recommendations, ensuring successful implementation of initiatives that influence the company’s long-term trajectory.
  • Lead and mentor a team of high-achieving strategy professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, empathy, and success within the Corporate Strategy team.
  • Establish strategic objectives and performance metrics, managing both immediate and long-term deliverables for the team.
  • Conduct thorough business, market, and technology analyses to identify new growth opportunities, assessing existing and potential market initiatives.
  • Collaborate with corporate development and relevant business units to formulate an inorganic growth strategy and evaluate potential acquisition candidates.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with at least 4 years of experience in business or corporate strategy, management consulting, or a related field.
  • Preferred experience in technology, manufacturing, and supply chain sectors.
  • Strong operational, process-oriented, and interpersonal skills, coupled with solid financial acumen.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to senior leadership.
  • Proven expertise in complex functional areas or a broad understanding across multiple domains.
  • Experience in direct people management and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
