Production Assembler

We are seeking a skilled Production Assembler - Optical Technician to join our team at Staff Perm in Charlotte, NC. As a Production Assembler - Optical Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and testing optical components, including sub-assemblies, assemblies, prototypes, and reworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly operations on optical or opto-mechanical assemblies or sub-assemblies.
- Determine and/or follow methods and sequence of operations in performing assembly, test, and data collection on assembly units.
- Ensure setups and adjustments meet specifications.
- Manual and/or automatic assembly, inspection, and test of optical parts.
- Verify kits are complete and correct.
- Assist Engineering in creating, developing, and revising assembly documentation.
Requirements:
- High school education or equivalent.
- Some experience in manufacturing setting preferred.
- Windows and Microsoft Office applications required.
- Assembly of opto-mechanical components with related tooling.
