About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Production Line Technician to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing assigned duties related to the assembly, sub-assembly, painting, and packaging of speed reducers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and demonstrated attention to detail. They will be responsible for completing required documentation and reporting daily work progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform assembly of product according to established methods, procedures, and standards.
  • Sub-assemble component parts from bills of materials and production orders.
  • Use power hand tools and equipment in assembly work.
  • Complete required documentation and report daily work progress.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution required.
  • 2 years of previous experience in an assembly position required.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly desired.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this role is $58,000 - $68,000 depending on experience.
