Service Department Manager

This is a key leadership role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the entire service department and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure prompt, courteous, and effective service delivery to customers
  • Act as a liaison between technicians and customers, facilitating clear communication and resolving issues
  • Take ownership of customers' experiences, going above and beyond to ensure a positive impression
  • Manage and hire technicians and service advisors, prioritizing talent and expertise
  • Distribute work efficiently among technicians, ensuring optimal productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Prioritize required services, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing owner inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Build strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and retention
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams effectively
  • An organized and friendly personality, with excellent communication skills
  • Preferably, experience working in a dealership environment
