Position: Practical Nurse Specialist

Company: Newport Healthcare

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site nursing and care assistance to patients
  • Execute tasks in accordance with organizational principles and regulations
Work Schedule:
3:00pm-11:00pm Sun-Thur or Tue-Sat

Core Duties:
  • Deliver direct patient care as per treatment protocols
  • Maintain precise records and documentation
  • Participate in team meetings and follow safety guidelines
  • Monitor patients' health conditions and vital signs
  • Arrange medical appointments for residents
  • Adhere to reporting protocols and requirements
  • Engage in interdisciplinary team initiatives
  • Complete assigned responsibilities as needed
Required Qualifications:
  • Valid LPN/LVN license in the relevant state
