CATSearch HR Consultancy Inc. is seeking an experienced Site Development Manager to lead our commercial and residential land development projects. This role will oversee project design, client communication, permits, and overall management.

We are looking for a professional with strong leadership skills to manage projects and clients effectively. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering, a PE license, and 6-10+ years of experience in site design, planning, and project management.

The successful Site Development Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing projects from inception to completion
  • Liaising with clients, agencies, contractors, and designers to ensure project goals are met
  • Overseeing land development projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and client communication
  • Maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, including civil engineers, landscape architects, and surveyors

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
