Multi-Site Property Executive

Freeman Webb Company is a leading provider of property management services, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Multi-Site Property Executive to join our team. As a key member of our management staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple communities across various geographic locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve property performance, resident satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with regional property managers to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and jurisdictional laws and regulations.
- Supervise on-site personnel, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to improve property positioning and revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, responding promptly to concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- IREM certification highly desirable.
- Proven track record of success in property management, with a focus on driving business growth and resident satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present information to groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
