Job Description
The Lead Superintendent will oversee all aspects of a site, including scheduling, safety, performance, and quality. This individual will manage daily operations, work with project staff and subcontractors, and ensure successful completion of projects. Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
  • Coordinating activities to meet project goals and objectives.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should have:
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience as a Multifamily Construction Superintendent.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • New construction experience in building ground-up multifamily garden-style, student-housing, or podium wrap type projects.
  • Scheduling expertise and excellent communication skills.
  • Negotiation and contract management skills.

Benefits
