Compensation

The estimated hourly rate for this position is $35-40 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Job Description

This Site Remediation Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading on-site remediation projects to ensure timely and efficient completion;
  • Coordinating with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions;
  • Developing and implementing effective project plans to meet client expectations;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with industry standards;
  • Providing training and guidance to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a related field, preferably in biohazard remediation or restoration;
  • Demonstrated leadership and coordination skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders;
  • A strong understanding of industry regulations and standards, including OSHA and IICRC guidelines;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and relevant software;
  • Possession of IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation (preferred).
