Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Rhythm Pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the transformation of care for patients living with rare neuroendocrine diseases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans that align with brand strategy and support organizational objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians and other specialists, to deliver clinically focused messages and support the launch of new products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and medical affairs, to develop and execute promotional programs and activities.
  • Manage and optimize sales budgets to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Ensure accurate capture and reporting of sales data and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in specialty pharmaceutical and/or biotech sales, with a strong track record of consistent performance in complex markets.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex scientific data effectively to different audiences, including healthcare professionals and customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to engage customers and build relationships.
  • Self-motivated and highly energetic, with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, with a solution-oriented mindset and a strong understanding of healthcare regulatory and enforcement environments.
