Outside Sales Manager
Sales Focus Inc., a leading sales outsourcing pioneer, is seeking a seasoned Outside Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new leads, building and leading a team of sales representatives, and driving sales growth.
About the Role
- Lead a team of 5-6 sales representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure sales targets are met.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership and business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of the energy industry and sales strategies.
