Leasing Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Leasing Consultant to join our team at Dietz Property Group. As a key member of our residential property management team, you will be responsible for leasing apartments and providing exceptional customer service to our residents and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make and take phone calls with prospective customers and residents to describe the community's features and benefits
• Perform sales presentations and tours to prospective customers, identifying and selling to their needs
• Accurately prepare and process required screenings and paperwork for applicants, new residents, and residents renewing their lease
• Create and participate in resident social activities to foster a positive community environment
• Provide quality, professional service to prospective residents, current residents, team members, and vendors

Requirements:

• Natural ability to express enthusiasm and connect with people
• Selling and closing skills
• Ability to maintain a professional office and work space
• Experience with Microsoft Office and internet
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including Saturdays
