Job Summary:

We are seeking a committed and passionate hospitality professional to attend to our rooms in a quiet and orderly manner in accordance with our standards of quality. This role will encompass cleaning, dusting, bed making, vacuuming and replacing of amenities.

Responsibilities:

  • Cleans and vacuums guests' rooms
  • Collects soiled linens for laundering, makes beds, replenishes room supplies, empties trash and responds to guests' needs
  • Maintains a clean environment for hotel guests in accordance with high quality standards
  • Reports any room deficiencies, such as light bulbs or broken items
  • Updates daily assignment sheet with rooms completed and notes of any pertinent information
  • Reports missing items, such as robes or cotton boxes, to the office
  • Reports items left behind by guests to the office and brings items to Security
  • Uses proper materials and cleaning products designated by the housekeeping department
  • Maintains equipment in a clean and safe condition
  • Ensures the housekeeping closet on the floor is clean and tidy
  • Performs other duties and special daily tasks as assigned by floor supervisors and Executive Housekeeper
  • Communicates with Supervisor throughout shift to be aware of the work and rooms that need additional attention
  • Completes any other duties assigned by the Director of Housekeeping or members of the Management Team

Qualifications:

  • Must possess our core values to assist with realizing our mission of Honored Hospitality
  • Positive, Genuine, Honorable, Caring, Passionate, Open Minded
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience in Housekeeping, with a combination of Hospitality experience preferred
