Job Overview

Our esteemed establishment is in search of a dedicated night auditor to enhance our team of hospitality experts. The perfect candidate will possess meticulous attention to financial accuracy, a passion for engaging with guests, and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. While prior hotel experience is not mandatory, experience in guest relations is highly valued.

Compensation:

$16 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough reconciliations of credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy rates, room charges, and cash drawer activities.
  • Execute additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting tasks as necessary.
  • Oversee housekeeping, security, and service requests, address guest inquiries, resolve complaints, manage reservations, and perform other front desk duties as needed.
  • Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management and department heads.
  • Ensure that every guest enjoys a pleasant and memorable stay.
  • Maintain the ability to stand and work on your feet for an 8-hour shift in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in computer systems is essential; familiarity with accounting or reservation software is preferred.
  • Experience in hotel front desk operations, hospitality, guest services, or night auditing is advantageous but not required.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college education is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills are essential.
  • Availability for overnight shifts with flexible hours is necessary.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods during a typical shift is required.
  • Applicants must meet all specified criteria.
