Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Housekeeping Expert to join our team at The Lytle Park Hotel. As a Housekeeping Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms are clean, tidy, and meet our high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and vacuum guest rooms, collect soiled linens for laundering, make beds, replenish room supplies, empty trash, and respond to guest needs.
- Report any room deficiencies, such as light bulbs or broken items.
- Update daily assignment sheets with rooms completed and notes of any pertinent information.
- Report missing items, such as robes or cotton boxes, to the office.
- Report items left behind by guests to the office and bring them to Security.
- Use proper materials and cleaning products designated by the Housekeeping department.
- Maintain equipment in a clean and safe condition.
- Ensure the Housekeeping closet on the floor is clean and tidy.
- Perform other duties and special daily tasks as assigned by floor supervisors and the Executive Housekeeper.
- Communicate with Supervisors throughout the shift to be aware of the work and rooms that need additional attention.
- Must possess our core values of Positive, Genuine, Honorable, Caring, Passionate, and Open-Minded.
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in Housekeeping, with a combination of Hospitality experience preferred.
