POSITION OVERVIEW: Responsible for delivering technical assistance to users, including the installation, modification, and repair of the JCM product line. This role may involve overseeing other technicians during specific field projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Handles both urgent and scheduled tasks related to installation, repair, and inspection.

2. Organizes and executes work that necessitates a foundational understanding of electrical and electronic principles, as well as the operation and application of electronic testing tools.

3. Develops detailed work plans to identify material needs and formulates effective strategies for resolving repair challenges.

4. Maintains electronic systems by diagnosing, testing, and replacing defective components.

5. Offers technical guidance to clients and end-users.

6. Communicates issues and resolutions to management.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

1. Engages with customers to address inquiries and provides solutions based on frequently asked questions, while also consulting manuals for less common issues.

2. Aids in troubleshooting equipment for customers when necessary.

3. Acts as a representative for the team to clients and management when designated as project lead.

4. Capable of installing and uninstalling software applications on Windows-based PCs.

5. Performs other tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate's degree in Electronics or equivalent experience is required.

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or technical support roles with leadership responsibilities is essential.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is necessary.

• Familiarity with Windows 10 and Windows Server is advantageous.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fundamental technical knowledge of electronics as assessed during the interview process.

• General awareness of JCM products is beneficial.

• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary gaming licenses and travel documentation.

• Willingness to travel frequently, often out of state, for extended periods.

• Availability to work or travel during weekends and holidays.

• Flexibility to work overtime as required.

• Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
