Territory Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Master Builders Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the Boston, Massachusetts area.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
- Provide technical support and training to customers, ensuring they are equipped to get the most out of our solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales plans, goals, and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market intelligence to inform sales strategies and decisions.
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently, with occasional overnight stays.
