Sales Representative - Lighting Solutions
SESCO Lighting Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining sales relationships with assigned accounts, working closely with all departments to facilitate follow-through on orders, and meeting or exceeding established sales goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain sales relationships with assigned accounts, providing expert service and lighting specification to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed established sales goals, making a minimum of 3-5 new sales calls per day and maintaining profitability by managing expenses.
- Make proactive product presentations to customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored lighting solutions.
- Work closely with Management and Manufacturing Partners to stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including order entry, returns, and project management.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and support colleagues in their roles.
- Education: Degree or Lighting Certified (LC) preferred and at least 3 years of experience in the lighting industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop and deliver presentations to customers.
- Cognitive ability to learn and adapt to new products and technologies.
- Basic understanding of AutoCad, Revit, and AGI32, with experience in B2B sales environments and achieving sales goals.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a good driving record.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet search engines.
