Job Summary

Sales Representative needed to develop and maintain sales relationships with Contractors and other clients while working with all departments to facilitate follow-through on orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to develop long-term accounts through expert service
  • Meet or exceed established sales goals, making a minimum of 3-5 new sales calls per day
  • Manage profitability by meeting sales goals and controlling expenses
  • Develop quick rapport and assess customer lighting needs
  • Collaborate with Management and Manufacturing Partners on training to become an expert in lighting and other products
  • Understand all aspects of customer and sales service, including order entry, returns, and project management
  • Utilize strong social skills, confidence, and ability to sell and obtain orders
  • Contribute to a team atmosphere and assist colleagues
  • Complete all duties assigned by Manager
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in outside lighting sales
  • Ability to perform all duties to close and service orders
  • Experience in project quotations and producing submittals
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet search engines
