Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

At 48th Street Store (S. 48th St & Baseline), we are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead our sales floor team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute retail operations plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Monitor product levels and manage inventory to optimize sales and minimize waste.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and improve store operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum one year of retail management experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other retail management software.
