Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and perform all duties of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain store inventory pars alongside the Executive Chef.
  • Maintain a very clean work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Monitor day-to-day events of the boutique and restaurant, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Record all deliveries and any errors, maintaining accurate records.
  • Coach and support new and existing staff members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Oversee the closing of the till and restaurant, ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Perform weekly trips to the bank, managing cash and credit transactions.
  • Oversee reservations and work with the Assistant Manager to ensure all reservations are confirmed and prepared for.
  • Maintain all temperature logs, waste, and inventory sheets, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure all employees follow company policies and guidelines, promoting a culture of excellence.
Physical Demands:
  • The employee is regularly required to use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
  • The employee is frequently required to stand and walk.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, distance vision, color vision & focus.
Working Conditions:
  • Restaurant environment.
  • The noise level in this office is usually moderate to high.
