- Gratitude: Express appreciation to patients for choosing Midwest Dental for their dental care and treat everyone with respect and professionalism.
- At least one year of related experience.
- Knowledge of dental terminology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting.
