Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at Lowe's. As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient handling of merchandise within our distribution center.

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $43,000 - $50,000, depending on location and experience. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, storing, and shipping products, as well as performing inventory counts and maintaining accurate records of stock.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
  • Store merchandise in designated locations within the warehouse.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to stores and customers.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock.
  • Evaluate and improve warehouse operations to increase productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
