Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at BEK Care, LLC. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing assigned territory and generating referrals to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Territory Management: Effectively manage assigned territory by identifying new opportunities for growth and ensuring referral, admission, and census goals are achieved.
  • Sales and Marketing: Serve as an advocate for home healthcare and hospice services to hospital systems, social workers, clinics, physicians, and other potential direct referral sources within assigned territory.
  • Relationship Building: Build, manage, and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Education and Training: Develop and execute an annual education plan with area Nurse Navigator(s), marketing, and clinical teams to educate referral partners and community members about available services.
  • Customer Service: Provide first-class customer service and ensure an exceptional customer experience in all interactions, resulting in effective account management and satisfied referral partners.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Sales experience in a health-related field, preferably within a home health or hospice setting.
  • Travel: Daily local/regional travel is required.
  • Skills: Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook programs; ability to prioritize daily activities and maintain a book of business that produces results.
