Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess experience managing multiple locations, with a minimum of five establishments.
  • Exhibit strong leadership qualities and team-building capabilities.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and policies across all locations.
  • Maintain food safety protocols at each restaurant.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Operations to uphold brand standards, manage labor costs, oversee food expenses, and coordinate scheduling.
  • Ensure that each location meets building and property standards.
  • Recruit and train a fully certified management team for each restaurant.
  • Support the development of managers at all levels by working alongside General Managers.
  • Strive to maintain a low turnover rate by fostering the growth and retention of management staff.

Compensation:
The salary range for a certified area supervisor is between $70,000 and $78,500. Please note that this position is within a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee, and not McDonald's Corporation or McDonald's USA, LLC. The independent franchisee is solely responsible for all employment-related matters, including setting job requirements and making hiring decisions.
