Job Summary

The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for leading and managing multiple dialysis facilities in a given region. This role involves overall leadership and management, including clinic operational and financial management.

This individual is responsible for supervising the provision of quality care at assigned facilities, maintaining the quality and adequacy of patient care, and recognizing and assisting in solving professional, administrative, and supervisory problems in the clinics.

Required Education and Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in multi-site healthcare operations management.
  • Registered Professional Nurse with current licensure in the state in which the facilities are located preferred.
  • Twelve months of experience in nursing preferred.
  • Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in nursing care of patients with permanent kidney failure or undergoing transplant, including training in and experience with the dialysis process preferred.
  • At least three to five years' experience in both clinical and management of an ESRD facility preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively with clients and fellow employees.
  • High levels of IT skills, particularly utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and data analytics software.
