As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to our residents and overseeing the daily operations of our Memory Care community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nursing Care and Operations
    • Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure the highest level of care and quality of life.
    • Supervise and direct a team of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Resident Assistants to provide person-centered care and support.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Leadership and Management
    • Provide guidance and support to CNAs and Resident Assistants to enhance their skills and knowledge.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to promote growth and development.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Respond to resident, family, and physician concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Provide emotional and spiritual support to residents and their families.
    • Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a senior living community, with at least one year in a management or supervisory role.
  • A current and valid LPN Nursing License.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Criminal record clearance or exemption, as required by law.
