KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Punctually report to work
- Maintain a tidy uniform and uphold good personal hygiene
- Prepare the pantry station with essential items
- Prepare and cook food items in accordance with company standards
- Ensure an exceptional dining experience for patrons
- Communicate effectively with colleagues
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety protocols
- Complete closing duties for the station
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be capable of lifting 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and exert mobility for up to eight hours
- Flexible movements including bending, kneeling, stooping, reaching, and squatting
- Ability to taste and differentiate flavors, aromas, and temperatures
- Can work in extreme cold and hot conditions
- Adhere to safety guidelines and practices
- Maintain good grooming standards
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 6 months of experience as a pantry or salad cook
- Experience in upscale dining preferred
- Effective communication skills in English
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
