Join Our Team as an Instructional Support Specialist

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Instructional Support Specialist to join our team at the Devereux Day Academy in Landenberg, PA. As an Instructional Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic, social, and behavioral needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers in implementing educational programming and providing individualized support to students with special needs.
  • Support the development of life skills and promote positive behaviors in students.
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Provide daily progress reports to teachers and administrators.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma required; Associates Degree or completion of two years of post-secondary education preferred.
