Compensation:$49,000 - $60,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:- Consult with senior mortgage loan officers to recommend suitable home loan products based on applicants' financial situations.
- Collaborate with mortgage lenders, underwriters, loan processors, and real estate professionals to ensure successful loan transactions.
- Build personal relationships with loan applicants, providing additional information and addressing inquiries regarding mortgage products.
- Meet sales targets, generate new business opportunities, and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Collect financial data to assist with loan applications, prepare loan documentation, and evaluate applicants' financial qualifications.
- Familiarity with loan program guidelines and various loan types, such as FHA and VA loans, is beneficial but not mandatory.
- A college degree (Bachelor's) is preferred; however, a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Willingness to complete a training program to obtain necessary licenses.
- Experience in credit unions, lending institutions, or related fields is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong communication, sales, relationship-building, and MS Office skills are crucial.
