Insight Global is seeking a skilled Collection Agent to join their team in San Antonio, TX.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting funds from delinquent accounts, including credit card loans, home equity lines of credit, and savings accounts that are overdrawn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to negotiate debt recovery and provide solutions to improve members' financial security.
- Contact members by telephone to discuss payment options and negotiate settlements.
- Work with a high volume of calls, speaking with approximately 32 members per day.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working in a collections call center, reconciling delinquent accounts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a heavy phone support role.
- Reliable and available to work onsite in San Antonio, TX, with the ability to work 2 Saturdays per month.
