Job Title: Network Operations Center Administrator

Lorven Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Network Operations Center Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and maintain our network infrastructure, including Active Directory, SCCM, MECM, SAN, application servers, file servers, communication servers, edge devices, LAN, VLAN, and WAN.
  • Provide on-call 24/7 TMC network support and ensure prompt resolution of network-related issues.
  • Deploy and manage network and application monitoring solutions to provide clear visibility into network traffic and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of network infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery and resiliency plans to ensure high availability of our network infrastructure.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication, technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth networking experience, including deep technical and functional understanding of network security, WAN, LAN, and internet routing and switching protocols, wireless, VPN, and VM Ware capabilities.
  • Experience with deploying and managing network and application monitoring solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively under deadlines, independently, and within a collaborative team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to interface with all functions and at all levels within the organization.
  • Experience with Windows operating systems, Exchange, Active Directory, Cisco, and Dell equipment.
  • Experience with domains, segmentation, account management, network backups, trusts, policies, network protocols, and bindings.
  • Functional/working knowledge of ITIL, DevOps, ITSM, Kanban, Agile methodologies, and Scrum development.
