This individual will be responsible for providing scalable, resilient, and secure networking solutions for our organization, advisors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and engineer Data Center, Cloud, and LAN/WAN networking solutions.
  • Configure and deploy on-premise and cloud-based networking technologies.
  • Lead the network domain as part of our Disaster Recovery strategy.
  • Design, deploy, and administer Wide Area Network (WAN) solutions, including MPLS, DIA, and SDWAN.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams within the organization.
  • Troubleshoot and identify root causes of issues, driving continuous improvement.
  • Participate in an on-call schedule rotation.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Data Center Core Network Engineering and Architecture, with a focus on Cisco-centric environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of Cisco Data Center design and implementation.
  • Strong experience in Data Center migrations.
  • Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, and network segmentation.
  • Expert knowledge of dynamic Routing Protocols, such as OSPF and BGP.
  • Proven experience as a technical or people leader.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience and engineering/architecture level expertise in Cisco ACI, Nexus 9000, 7000, 5000, and 2000 Switches.
  • Current Cisco Certified Design Professional and/or Cisco Certified Network Professional Certification.
  • Experience using network monitoring and logging tools, such as SolarWinds, LiveNX, and ELK.
  • Cloud Networking experience, including AWS and Azure.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
