Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Listing Agent to join our team at The Selita Agency. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and grow our client base
  • Provide sellers with a clear and compelling listing presentation that highlights the key selling points and suggested asking price of their property
  • Conduct regular market analysis to determine the optimal listing price for each property and negotiate the best possible deal for our clients
  • Prospect and generate new business leads through various channels, including social media, networking events, and referrals
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our listings and attract potential buyers

  • Proven track record of success in real estate sales, with a strong understanding of the local market and its trends
