Cedar Ob/Gyn is a dynamic single-physician office seeking a highly skilled Medical Facility Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and providing exceptional patient care.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks efficiently, maintaining accurate records and files.
  • Assist medical staff with clinical duties, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with insurance companies, resolving claims and billing inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Escort patients to exam rooms, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare or a related field; willingness to train a candidate without prior experience.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, handling multiple responsibilities concurrently.
  • Proficiency in EMR software and basic computer skills.

Compensation Package: $48,000 - $58,000 per annum. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
