Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year (based on location and experience).

Salary Details: As a PRN Hospice Nurse Practitioner, you can expect competitive pay per visit, mileage reimbursement, and multiple major medical plans with spousal insurance. Additionally, you'll enjoy 13 PTO days per year without requiring any office time.

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Hospice Nurse Practitioner to complement attending physician care in Beaumont, Winnie, TX, and surrounding areas. Your responsibilities will include acting as a medical resource person to the IDG, performing Face-to-Face visits as needed, evaluating hospice eligibility in consultation with the interdisciplinary team, and ensuring patients receive appropriate symptom control measures.

Requirements:
  • Completed an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.
  • Texas or Compact Nurse Practitioner license.
  • Hospice or Long-Term Nursing experience.
  • Maintains controlled substances registration with state and federal authorities, if applicable.
  • Not excluded from the Medicare program.
  • Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance.
