Position:
Senior Project Controls Analyst for BravoTECH

Overview:
The role involves providing comprehensive financial oversight and tracking for various projects within the organization. Collaborate closely with the project management team to ensure informed decision-making through accurate and timely data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate project cost and schedule management for all assigned initiatives.
- Establish appropriate structural setups to enhance data collection and monitoring processes.
- Engage in the evaluation and selection process for labor and material contracts.
- Monitor contractor performance, manage payment processes, and oversee logistics.
- Forecast and track costs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Anticipate future project requirements.
- Maintain budget tracking throughout the fiscal year.
- Generate necessary reports detailing financial and scheduling status of projects.
- Thrive in a collaborative team environment while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Undertake special assignments as directed by management.

Experience Required:
A minimum of 10 years in project planning, estimating, and management within a process facility is essential.

Educational Background:
A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
Preferred: A Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience in a related discipline.

Essential Skills:
- In-depth understanding of engineering, construction, scheduling, logistics, and financial operations.
- Proficient in accounting, contracting, and procurement software systems.
- Strong spreadsheet skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic work environment and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work additional hours as necessary to support project control activities.
- Strong prioritization skills.
- Capability to view the overall impact of various project components.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced reading and writing abilities, with competence in intermediate mathematical calculations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, Excel, Project, and Access.

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with contracting procedures for field construction activities.
- Proficiency in Primavera (P6) and SAP.
- Understanding of gated project methodologies.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
None.

Work Environment:
Primarily office-based with occasional travel required. Exposure to a petroleum refinery and warehouse environment, including chemicals and heavy machinery, is expected.

Physical Requirements:
Job may involve standing, walking, visual inspections, and lifting up to 10 lbs. A valid state driver’s license and proof of insurance are required for operating company vehicles.
