Position Overview:

The Floating Property Manager is responsible for the effective management of assigned properties, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. This role requires proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to implement operational procedures that align with EAH Housing's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks including rent collection, bank deposits, and accurate record-keeping.
  • Conduct income verifications and ensure compliance with relevant housing regulations.
  • Oversee tenant relations and manage lease agreements.
  • Supervise on-site staff and facilitate their professional development.
  • Coordinate property inspections and maintenance to uphold quality standards.

Qualifications:

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, with a minimum of one year of experience in property management, preferably in affordable housing. A current Real Estate license is required, along with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
