Key Responsibilities
  • Execute work orders within the specified timeframe.
  • Complete apartment turnovers within five days of tenant departure.
  • Inspect buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct maintenance on electrical systems, including replacing light bulbs and repairing circuit breaker panels.
  • Oversee plumbing and heating system repairs.
  • Prepare, prime, and paint both interior and exterior surfaces of buildings.
  • Repair and maintain locks, locking mechanisms, doors, and controllers.
  • Document maintenance of fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, and building alarm systems.
  • Perform manual repairs as needed, such as fixing locks and replacing windows.
  • Engage in ongoing training programs related to technical skills, safety, and operational processes.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Maintain documentation of work performance and materials procurement as directed.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a Maintenance Technician.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Relevant certifications (HVAC, CMRP, etc.) are a plus.
  • Thorough understanding of general maintenance processes and techniques.
  • Familiarity with tools, common appliances, and devices.
  • Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to solve problems effectively.
  • Good physical condition is required.
