Work Schedule: Night Shift - 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM

Employment Type: Full-time, Non-exempt

OBJECTIVE

The primary goal is to deliver urgent medical assistance to team members and guests as required. Ensure that all medical supplies and equipment are ready for use. Rapidly evaluate critical emergencies and administer suitable care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Respond promptly to all medical assistance calls on the property.
  • Quickly evaluate all life-threatening situations, delivering Basic Life Support and advanced interventions as directed by the Medical Director.
  • Conduct urinalysis and breath alcohol assessments as necessary.
  • Perform daily checks and inventory of medical equipment.
  • Offer basic health services to guests and team members.
  • Participate in scheduled meetings as required.
  • Assist in CPR and First Aid training as directed by the Supervisor.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications

Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma / GED; or an equivalent recognized diploma.
  • Valid Washington State Driver's License.
  • One of the following certifications:
  • Washington State Emergency Medical Technician License/Certificate Basic or higher
  • National Registry of Emergency Medical Technician Basic Certification
Skills and Competencies:
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to provide clear instructions and prepare necessary reports.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience:
  • At least one (1) year of experience or training in first response, law enforcement, security, or a related field.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Certification as a Basic Life Support instructor for the American Heart Association.
