We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team at HexaQuEST Health, Inc. for a night shift position.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various laboratory tests and procedures, including phlebotomy, to support the diagnosis and treatment of patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform phlebotomy procedures to collect blood samples from patients
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including the Siemens Dimension EXL, Horiba Pentra, Sysmex XP-300, Sysmex CA-660, Clinitek, MiaSorin MDX, and Quidel Solana
  • Process and analyze laboratory samples, including routine chem, heme, coagulation, and molecular diagnostics
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of laboratory results
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care
Requirements:
  • Current active state license as a Medical Laboratory Technician
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a laboratory setting
  • Ability to work a 5-day night shift schedule, 23:00 to 07:30
  • Strong phlebotomy skills and attention to detail
