We are currently seeking a skilled Sales Operations Analyst for a contract opportunity with potential for long-term engagement. This role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at supporting our sales operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process a significant volume of routine transactions while adhering to established procedures and compliance standards.
  • Address inquiries from business partners and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Consistently meet and exceed established timing and quality benchmarks.
  • Exhibit strong planning, organizational, and time management capabilities.
  • Engage actively with team members and partners during meetings and training, contributing ideas and demonstrating critical thinking.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Be receptive to constructive feedback regarding performance.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Data Processing Skills: Proficient in handling data with precision.
  • Attention to Detail: Essential for maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Professionalism: A must in all interactions.
  • Independent Work Capability: Ability to operate autonomously.
  • High Volume Environment: Experience in managing tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Time Management: Strong skills in prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to keep tasks and information organized.
  • Associates Degree preferred; GED/HS diploma with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience required.
  • Experience in data processing is necessary, with 1-3 years preferred.
  • Demonstrated organizational and analytical skills.
  • Results-oriented with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-sufficient and requires minimal supervision.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Intermediate PC skills required.
  • Experience in a remote work environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with various systems (Sircon, Varicent preferred but not mandatory).
